Warringal Private Hospital is an acute medical/surgical hospital providing healthcare for the north eastern and Greater Melbourne community. With 143 beds, the hospital is conveniently located close to public transport and directly across the road from the Austin Health Campus and Mercy Hospital for Women. The Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care.

Warringal Private Hospital was constructed in 1976 and has undergone a number of renovations and extensions over the years. Ramsay Health Care is currently exploring options to redevelop the hospital including additional beds, theatres, consulting suites and carparking.
