The major development of Warringal Private Hospital, which will be conducted across three stages, will provide a wide range of service enhancements, some of which include:

• 3 new Operating Theatres, increasing the hospital’s capacity to 14 theatres

• New 21 Bay Stage 1 Recovery and link bridge

• New Emergency Department with 12 Acute Bed Bays including Paediatrics, 2 Resuscitation Bays, 4 Fast Track Bays

• New 18 Bed Short Stay Unit

• 6 New additional Single Ensuite wards, increasing the hospital’s capacity to 290 Inpatient Beds

• New 14 Bed Intensive Care Unit

• New 29 Bay Day of Surgery Admission Unit

• New Diagnostic Imaging Department

• Additional Consulting Suites

• New Main Reception, Café, and Ramsay Pharmacy

• New Kitchen and expanded Supply Department and End of Trip Facility

• Additional carparking increasing the hospitals capacity to 584 spaces

Plus, capacity to expand further in the future as part of the hospital’s Masterplan.

The project commenced in June 2022 with the third and final stage estimated to be completed by early 2026.
