Mid 2022

Funding Approved/Planning Permit received and project announced
Builder appointed (Kane Constructions)
Construction Commences: Tower 1 extended to provide three additional in-patient units

Late 2023

Completion of Tower 1 extension - commissioning of new in-patient units
Decanting and demolition of Conder and Streeton building
Construction Commences: Tower 2 Clinical Services Building

Early 2024

Completion of 2 operating theatres & new centralised recovery unit

Mid 2024

Completion of an additional operating theatre
Tower 1 re-cladding works

2024 - 2025

Major construction continues of Tower 2, New Emergency Department and back of house stores

Late 2025

Opening of New Emergency Department and Tower 2 (ICU, DOSA, In-Patient Units, Med Imaging, Consulting, Car parking)

Early 2026
