We welcome compliments and feedback relating to your stay with us and we encourage all patients to complete a Customer Comment Card located at the patient bedside. This enables us to evaluate and improve our services to our patients. These comment cards are anonymous however, if you wish to write your details your concerns will be acknowledges and dealt with appropriately.
If you are concerned about your care we encourage you to speak with the Nurse Unit Manager on the Ward or the Director of Clinical Services during the day. Our After Hours Managers are available to speak with afterhours. It is important that you notify our staff whilst an inpatient so we can respond immediately.
If you have attempted to resolve your concerns and you are still unsatisfied you may make a formal complaint in writing.
