Mr Ba Nguyen is a highly trained Specialist Colorectal and General Surgeon consulting in both Heidelberg and Bundoora, with rooms conveniently located close to Warringal Private Hospital and the Austin Hospital.

Ba received his medical degree from the University of Melbourne in 2003 and went on to complete Basic Surgical Training at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney. Upon his return to Melbourne he completed his Advanced Surgical Training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and was
awarded Fellowship in General Surgery by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2012.
He then went on to complete a Master of Surgery (Surgical Sciences) with the University of Sydney in 2012 and was subsequently appointed to Westmead Hospital, Sydney, as a Staff Specialist Surgeon and Clinical Superintendent in Surgery in 2013.
Following this, Ba went on to complete a further two years of Post Fellowship training in Colorectal Surgery with the Colorectal Surgery Society of Australia and New Zealand.
He is currently appointed as a Colorectal Surgeon at the Austin Hospital.
