Her practice covers all fields of gastroenterology with a clinical interest in endoscopy (gastroscopies, colonoscopies and capsule endoscopy), inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, reflux disease,
H.pylori, colon cancer and breath testing (methane and hydrogen).
She completed her advanced training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Canberra Hospital, and The Western and General Hospital. She is a member of the GESA society and a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians. Dr Malki keeps up to date by attending regular gastrointestinal meetings and is a prescriber to some of the most up to date gastrointestinal journals and actively contributes to GP and public education.
