Dr Kim Kim Thompson

Kim started her life in Western Australia, obtaining her primary medical degree at the University of Western Australia. After taking time to work and travel, she chose to move to Melbourne and completed her specialist training through the Mercy Hospital for Women. As part of her training, she moved to the United Kingdom gaining both obstetric and gynaecological experience. On returning to Melbourne, she recommenced working at the Mercy Hospital for Women. Kim started her private practice and over the years this has expanded to a supportive group practice. Kim continues to work at the Mercy as a Gynaecologist, and practices both Obstetrics and Gynaecology privately. She enjoys the support of a group practice at Empower Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
