Dr Nicola Fitzgerald

Nicola currently works at the Mercy Hospital for Women as an obstetrician and gynaecologist, and enjoys mentoring junior doctors and caring for women in the local area as part of her role. As a gynaecologist at Empower Obstetrics & Gynaecology, she offers the services of laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, colposcopy and general gynaecology as part of her practice. Nicola has a special interest in the management of heavy menstrual bleeding, and is happy to discuss minimally invasive and surgical options for treatment of this condition. Nicola is also passionate about women’s health in the Pacific.
