Roshan practiced as a specialist in Pain Medicine at Epsom and St Helier University Hospital Trust in South London and served as a faculty tutor and educator for Pain Medicine, reflecting his commitment to training the next generation of pain specialists. Dr Thawale completed his degree in Medicine in 2006 (India) and subsequently pursued specialist training in Anaesthetics, earning him MD.
He then emigrated to the United Kingdom, where he further committed to excellence by re-training in Anaesthetics and Pain Medicine. This dedication culminated in obtaining dual specialist fellowships.
Roshan believes in a patient centred and patient tailored approach. Roshan was instrumental in developing the complex headache, facial pain and pelvic pain multidisciplinary team approach in the private sector in South London.
Roshan moved to Melbourne with his family and joined Pain Specialists Australia to work full time as Pain Specialist.
His multilingual proficiency enables him to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
